Orders cannot be amended once processed.
However, if you find you selected the wrong colour, size or another kind of human error, please email email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!
Exchange / Store Credit Policy
Strong by S will not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Each item will be hand packed and quality checked. If your item is faulty, Strong by S will rectify the fault with an exchange or store credit only, however the below terms must be met.
- To be eligible for an exchange or store credit on a faulty item, your item must be unwashed or otherwise unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with care instructions piece included and returned to the Strong by S warehouse within 14 days of receiving your package. We do not accept returns on products that have been used, worn or washed. If these terms are not met, your item will be sent back to you.
STEPS FOR FAULTY ITEM EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT
1. Fill out Return Form
2. Strong by S will not refund the return shipping costs. Return shipping to Strong by S is at the customer’s expense. Make sure you hold onto your return shipment tracking number;
3. All return postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the customer; Strong by S will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to use insurance. If you paid for your order using PayPal you may be eligible to claim your return shipping back using their refunded shipping service. You can see more details here.
4. Include your printed not e-mailed return request form with your return item and care instruction card;
5. Once your return has been received your products will be inspected and your exchange or store credit approved or denied. If approved you will receive your exchange credit coupon;
6. If your exchange is denied, your items will be sent back to you at your cost. If approved new items will be sent via Australian parcel post.
