Standard shipping within Australia can take up to 7 business days to arrive at your door and can take 20 business days Internationally, depending on the checkout option you choose and COVID19 delays.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing (processing times for orders placed on weekends will begin on the following Monday. Processing times for orders placed on Public Holidays will commence on the next business day).
Strong by S is not responsible for shipping or other delays which are beyond its control, such as poor weather conditions, acts of god, natural disasters, or customs delays in the recipient country.

PRE ORDER ITEMS
Strong by S is not held liable for any delays on pre order shipments. The pre order shipment date is a general date and can be subject to change.
Pre-order items are considered under the same rules as any other purchase's, if you haven’t read the description correctly on the products page, you won’t be able to cancel this order, however we may be able to edit your pre-order for a different style if you contact info@strongbys.com as soon as you might want to make this change. There are no guarantee's on this, but we will always try to accommodate where possible. Strong by S will always be in touch should there be any unexpected delays with your order.
Standard exchange policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing your pre-order with us.
WRONG ADDRESS, NON RECEIVED ITEMS OR RETURNS
If the item is not received/picked up by the client and sent back to us by the shipping company, the customer will be charged any fees incurred to Strong by S. The Customer will be charged an additional shipping fee to re-send their purchases.
